The Lord,   our Savior Jesus Christ is Omnipresent.   That mean’s that He is everywhere at the same time.   And there is nowhere,   where He wants to be that He can’t be,   right.   There is no place in heaven or hell,   on earth,  or in all the created Universe where our Savior doesn’t have access to.   Where if He wants to be there He is there.
Except for one place.   And that is a place where He wants to be more than anywhere else,   and that place is your heart.   You have to let Him in,   you have to ASK HIM IN.
As much as He wants to come into your heart and be with you always and forever,   the choice is yours to make.   It always has been.

Behold,   I stand at the door and knock.   If anyone hears My voice and opens the door,   I will come into him and dine with him,   and he with Me.
(Revelation 3:20)

The Lord is outside knocking on the door of your heart,   won’t you open your heart to Him and let Him in.   He will be the best dinner guest you’ve ever had because Jesus brings a lot with Him.   Things like love,   peace,   joy,   freedom,  and eternal life.
Yes,   He is standing there and he is knocking and calling your name,   will you let Him in?   The choice is yours.   But don’t wait,   no one is promised tomorrow.
Jesus loves you and so do I,   my name is Irv.

DISCERN THE TIMES. (Waiting on the rapture 8)

Now as He sat on the mount of Olives,     the disciples came to Him privately,     saying,     Tell us,     when will these things be?     And what will be the sign of Your coming,     and of the end of the age?
And Jesus answered and said to them:
Take heed that no one deceives you.     For many will come in My name,     saying,     I am the Christ,’     and will deceive many.     And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars.     SEE THAT YOU ARE NOT TROUBLED;     for all these things must come to pass,     BUT THE END IS NOT YET.     For nation will rise against nation,     and kingdom against kingdom.     And there will be famines,     pestilence,      and earthquakes in various places.     ALL THESE ARE THE BEGINNING OF SORROWS.
Then they…

Memorial day,  it is a day of remembrance,  of reverence,  and of celebration.
The remembrance is of those who gave there lives for this our country.
But it is also a time to remember and honor all those who have passed on.
To honor those who served we show appreciation for what they gave for their country,  their very lives.   And in doing this we need to rememeber and honor those who are still giving their all for us.  So we honor them,  and the memory of all those whose life was given for our freedom.,  as we should.
And we celebrate our freedom,  the freedom that they gave their lives for.  We celebrate with food and laughter and memories,   and that is a good thing.
But the greatest memorial day there is,  is celebrated in just about every nation in the world.  Or at least it should be.  Because…

Have you ever heard a knock and have no one be there?     And you open the door and look,     and still,     no one is there.    That’s the world knocking.    It gives you nothing and leaves you with nothing except emptiness.

These things says the Amen,     the Faithful and True Witness,     the Beginning of the creation of God  (All things were created through HIM,  JESUS):
I know your works,     that you are neither cold nor hot.     I could hope you were cold or hot.     So then,     because you are lukewarm,     and neither cold nor hot,     I will vomit you out of My mouth.     Because you say,     I am rich,     have become wealthy,     and have need of nothing’-and do not know that you are wretched,     miserable,     poor,     blind,     and naked-  I…

But as they sailed He fell asleep.   And a windstorm came down on the lake,   and they were filling with water,   and were in jeopardy.   And they came to Him and awoke Him,   saying,   Master,   Master,   we are perishing.
Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water.   AND THEY CEASED,    AND THERE WAS A CALM.   But He said to them,    WHERE IS YOUR FAITH.
(Luke 8:23-24,25)
Now when He got into a boat,   His disciples followed Him.    And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea (a storm),    so that the boat was covered with the waves.    But He was asleep.   Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him,   saying,   Lord,   save us!   We are perishing!
But He said to them,   why are you fearful,    O YOU OF LITTLE FAITH.   Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the sea,    AND THERE WAS A GREAT CALM.
A great windstorm arose,   and the waves beat into the boat so that it was already filling with water.   But He was in the stern,   asleep on a pillow.   And they awoke Him and said to Him,   Teacher,   do You not care that we are perishing?
Then He arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea,   PEACE,   BE STILL!   And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.   But He said to them,   WHY ARE YOU SO FEARFUL?   HOW IS IT THAT YOU HAVE NO FAITH.
(Mark 4:37-40)

I’m not going to even try to add anything to this.   The Word of God says all that I wanted to say.   It is okay to have fear,   when you are in the middle of a fearful situation.   That is just a sign of intelligence.   But you don’t let that fear overwhelm you.   That is what Jesus was telling His disciples.   He was saying to them,   why be so fearful when I am here with you?
Guess what,   He is still here.   And He can still calm the storm.   No matter what that storm might be.   The enemy of our God,   and of us,   the devil.   Uses fear as a weapon against us.   And right now,   unfortunately,   many Christians have fallen into that trap.
Fear erodes our hope and steals our faith.   And the Lord doesn’t want that for us,   that is not what He has given us.   To live a life filled with fear,   is to live a life in torment.   And He does not want us to live that way.   And that is not what we have received through our Savior Jesus Christ.   But the word can tell you far better than I can.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear,   but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Naked I came into this world,   And naked I shall return.   The Lord gave,   and the Lord has taken away;   BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD.
(Job 1:21)

Every good thing we have,   the very air we breathe and life itself,  Is a gift from God.   But all these things are only temporary.   The Lord gives them,   and He takes them away as is needed.   And that includes life itself.    Our life,   is also a gift from God.   And like all the wonderful gifts He gives us He wants us to use it for His glory.
Yes,   the Lord gives,   and He takes away.   Sometimes when He takes something from us,   we can’t see why.   But He can,   and since He loves us,   and He does.   With a love that is deeper then we can even comprehend,   and because of that we need to trust Him.   And as hard as it might be,   we need to say,   like Job did.   The Lord gives and the Lord takes away,   Blessed be the name of the Lord.
But now we come to the greatest gift He has ever given to us.   And H has given us some wonderful gifts.   But the greatest gift our God has given us is Himself,   through His Son,   our Savior Jesus Christ.   And this gift He will never take away from us.   Even death can’t take this gift away from us.   It is the gift of His love that He gives us through His Son,   our savior,   Jesus Christ.   And nothing can ever separate us from that love  (Romans 8:39).
All the other gifts pale in comparison to this greatest gift.   So if you’re struggling with something because the Lord removed it from your life,   remember you still have the greatest gift.   Hold onto Him,   and be thankful and praise Him.   Because He is our greatest Gift.

That is what the Lord asked Jeremiah.   The Lord had told Jeremiah what He intended doing for Israel and Jeremiah was wining to the Lord.   He said but Lord,   everything is desolate and the enemy is throughout the country,   This city has been given to the Chaldeans.  (Jeremiah 2:25)   That’s when He pointed out to him who it was he was talking too in verse 26.   Now I’m going to share with you the good news the Lord told to Jeremiah.

Now therefore,   thus says the Lord,   The God of Israel.   Behold,   I will gather them out of all the countries where I have driven them in My anger,   and in My fury,   and in great wrath;   I will bring them back to this place,   and I will cause them to dwell safely.   They shall be My people,   and I will be their God;   then I will give them one…

Pain,  there are a lot of different kinds of pain.  There is the pain of loss,  the pain of rejection,  and of course there is physical pain.
I have chronic pain.  I got my mom’s beautiful complexion,  but I also got her arthritis.  I think I would’ve rather of had pimples.   Of course that might be,   because I’m 62 now.   There are not to many 62 year old’s with pimples,   but arthritis,   oh yea.   And when your 16,   your not thinking about arthritis.  You’re thinking about the opposite sex.   And you definitely don’t want pimples.
But the most terrible pain I’ve ever had to deal with was the pain of rejection.
The pain of loosing somebody is still very painful.  But now,  in Christ,  I grieve with hope.  But the pain of rejection,  to a small degree I still carry that pain with me.  It can be rejection in school, …
